Ladies that UX - Content Design in Practice at The Interaction Lab

Last week, The Interaction Lab at City St George’s, University of London was delighted to host Content Design in Practice, a fantastic evening organised by Ladies that UX London.

We were thrilled to welcome such an engaged audience and to support a community that consistently creates space for connection, learning and collaboration across the industry.

The evening featured inspiring talks from Helen Andreou and Andrea Grigsby, who shared practical insights into content governance, scaling UX content, and designing patient-centred digital health tools.

Beyond the talks, what stood out most was the energy in the room, generous knowledge sharing, thoughtful questions, and the kind of cross-disciplinary conversations that make our design community stronger.
