Stephann Makri attended the Information Behaviour conference (ISIC) in Montréal, from 29th May to 4th June. Information Behaviour is a core research topic for Stephann, and he had the opportunity to present to the research community a paper based on the Master's project of former MSc Human-Computer Interaction Design student Priti Shah. The paper – entitled ‘Push me, pull you’ - examined the factors that drive users away from traditional information-seeking environments (such as search engines) and towards LLMs.
